Bride Guide #1

The most important part about a wedding for a bride is definitely her wedding trousseau. It's gets hard to choose for a bride especially if she is an Indian bride because there are simply too many options & too many parties before and after the wedding!  All the oufits including the wedding ensemble have to be of the perfect color, perfect fit and most importantly, comfortable. So for all the winter brides, if you are looking for some bridal inspiration, here are a few looks straight from the runway of Lakme autumn/winter fashion week 2014 from 3 different designers I love.

ALERT Too many pictures ahead ALERT ;)

3. Anita Dongre

This A/W collection is perfect for a bridal wardrobe. Perfectly rich colors and heavy detailing on the clothes are made for the bride and flawlessly ideal for good photos! Wouldn't these look perfect for Sangeet ceremony? Specially so because of the beautiful pictures you would get clicked in while dancing!

2. Anushree Reddy

Number 2 on my list is Anushree Reddy's collection. Her collection is very dainty, dreamy and elegant. It is so femenine, young & flirty.

The vintage flower design under the net is my favorite one. It would be a perfect look for a pre -wedding party or a post-wedding  party .

1. Sanjay Garg

My most favorite of all is Sanjay Garg's collection. What I love the most about this particular collection is the use of pure silks. The use of contemporary Indian fabrics with modern silhouettes is amazing. It is simple yet royal and which bride doesn't want to look royal on her wedding day? This collection made me want to pull out all my mother's Kanjivaram & Pattu saris which have been neatly stowed away in her almaris!

I hope you brides to be found this helpful. There are many places now a days in India where you can find designer inspired clothes and also get them custom made for yourself. Let me know in the comments below if you need any help with local designers in Hyderabad, India.
Thanks for stopping by guys.
